As many will attest, it is no small feat to find a suitable home within the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Being one of the most sought after communities in all of London, this was a challenge we did not desire to experience. To make matters worse, corporate assistance was not available and we were left to our own devices for dealing with individual realtors from each firm – an arduous and tumultuous ordeal at best. We were overwhelmed with the unnecessary overlap and lackadaisical approach from most of the lettings agents. At our wits end, we thought all hope was lost in our search.
