Why we started out and what we still believe.

Founded by Geoff Wilford (right) and Simon Welfare (left) in 2011, after years of working in the industry we were united by a desire to offer local property owners a better experience, better service and ultimately better results than they were getting.

Described by one long-standing client as ‘good people who are prepared to robustly defend their client’s position when required’, when we started our business we were determined to do things differently. To create an agency delivering the standards and quality of service that our clients deserve and one that they could be truly proud of being associated with.

No nonsense, no dramas, just people (and dogs).

We don’t have a ‘type’ – unless you count assiduous, no nonsense and no drama as a ‘type’. Our people are driven to succeed, but are equally down to earth and good people to know. We operate in a fiercely competitive sector, so we work around the clock to provide a superlative service, resulting in our clients referring us and returning to us time and time again – but don’t just take our word for it.

We’ve sold and let more than our fair share of properties, both in our core areas of Kensington, Chelsea, Battersea, Clapham and Wandsworth, but also further afield across London. We love property and will go the extra mile, quite literally,  for interesting properties and where we feel that we can achieve the right result for our clients.
