I started my property career in 1999 and have worked for some of the industries big names, selling over £1bn worth of property.
In 2005 Hamptons asked me to set-up a new office from concept in Chiswick. The following year I was asked to open their new office in Notting Hill. In 2006 I relocated to the Caribbean where I sold in excess of US$230 million of Four Seasons Branded Private Residences off-plan. Sir Malcolm Walker invested in Simon and I in 2010 having done business with me in Barbados.
I pride myself in my honesty, work ethic and ability to see even the most difficult deal through to completion.The London property market is complex and I have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of agency and hope to be able to offer you a personal hands-on approach whether buying or selling.

I started my career working in large corporate estate agencies for nearly a decade, managing offices through Central and West London. This period culminated in running a flagship office on Park Lane.
The opportunity then arose to set up Wilfords alongside Geoff and this proved too tempting to turn down. We put our savings and homes on the line and opened for business in 2011 when the country seemed set for a double dip recession. A combination of hard work, some talent and probably a little luck, has seen our lettings portfolio grow from a standing start to over 500 properties. Our business is built on service levels which I believe is the key differentiator that drives our success. I love being the co-owner of a local, independent estate agent and take great pride in ensuring that all of our clients genuinely feel that we care about their individual needs.

Hailing from the tropical paradise and professional hub of the Caribbean Trinidad and Tobago, Georgia was raised in an environment where the entrepreneurial spirit thrived. She has worked and participated in global panel discussions with the UN, UNICEF and CARICOM providing thoughtful insights on the role of gender on the labour structure in the Caribbean.
At the age of 19, Georgia completed her BSc.Psychology and efficiently channeled her excellent communication skills and understanding of varying personality types to quickly establish a foundation in the Real Estate industry in the Caribbean. At the tender age of 22, Georgia launched her own Real Estate company focused on a dynamic client-focused relationship while consistently delivering seamless transactions for both parties.
