Our Move To Abbeville
Our Northcote Road office has allowed us to work with clients across Battersea and Clapham, Between The Commons and surrounding areas for some time. The response from Abbeville Village, however, has been so positive that it became clear a dedicated space on the high street was the right move. There is no substitute for being part of the community, for seeing our clients regularly, and for becoming part of the rhythm of a neighbourhood. That is what makes Wilfords different.
Last year, Wilfords was the top-selling agent for freehold houses in SW4. This achievement reflects not only our market knowledge but also the strength of our relationships with local buyers and sellers. Opening an office in Abbeville Village allows us to deepen our roots in a neighbourhood we already know intimately, providing clients with faster, more personal service and an even closer connection to the community.
Heading the new office is Phil Agius, who brings decades of experience in Abbeville Village. He leads a team of four, with plans to grow further in the coming months.
