This beautifully presented house is arranged over four floors and located in a quiet tree-lined residential street close to the major shopping, restaurant and entertainment areas of Notting Hill, Portobello Road and Westbourne Grove.
Designed and finished to the most exacting of standards, this home has been lovingly restored with style and attention.
Accessed on the raised ground floor the house has an elegant entrance hall leading into a bright double reception room with large windows and bespoke pieces of furniture and storage units. At the rear is a powder room and glass wall opening down to the lower ground floor. The design of the bulthaup kitchen uses the open space of this bright floor well with a dining area and glass doors opening out into the south-westerly facing garden. At the front of the house is a bedroom suite and separate entrance, perfect for staff or teenagers.
Upstairs on the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, a shower room and a south-westerly facing terrace. The top floor is home to an extremely impressive master suite, with large en-suite bathroom and a bespoke walk-in wardrobe that Carrie Bradshaw would be proud of.

Why we love... Notting Hill & North Kensington
Many Londoners tend to avoid Portobello Market at the weekends – too full of tourists buying antiques and trying to find the bookshop run by Hugh Grant in Notting Hill. Little do the visiting crowds realise that they’re missing the area’s other real gem, Golbourne Road. At the north end of Portobellow Road, further than most tourists ever venture, this short street is where you’ll find those in the know on a Friday and Saturday, browsing the kerbside bric-a-brac stalls and hunting for interiors treasure at the various antique furniture shops. It is very much Notting Hill for locals, so do yourself a favour and join them. One tip: a lot of shops are open at weekends only, so check with them before you visit.
