We provide two distinct lettings services for landlords, our “Introduction Service” and a comprehensive “Property Management” service. Both services encompass comprehensive marketing for the right tenant, obtaining tenant references, identity and credit checks as well as preparation of the tenancy agreement, pre-tenancy saftey checks and the collection of rent. However, our Property Management Service takes this through to the ongoing management of the tenancy including key holding, arranging quotes for repairs and maintenance, and much more as the table below illustrates.
We work on both long lets and short lets and have long lasting relationships with a wealth of successful relocation agents, leading blue chip companies and prestigious embassies.
Wilfords London offers a full property management service that allows landlords to maximise their return on investment without it taking up precious time, and giving peace of mind that their investments are being properly looked after by a professional managing agent.

Tenancies running for a few weeks, up to 5 or 6 months, are called short term rentals and usually deliver a premium return when compared with a long term rental. We have a specialist Short Lets department offering expert advice to landlords seeking to fill void periods and we help vendors generate income from vacant properties being marketed for sale as well as homeowners with annexes or self-contained apartments, looking for a flexible income stream.
The majority of short let tenancies are corporate rentals or people already living in the area who are in transition. We take all the funds in advance along with a security deposit, so there’s no need to worry about the rental payments. You can also forget any concerns you might have about who’ll be living in your property, as all tenants have to pass our rigorous vetting process.

We also adhere to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) Code of Practise, meaning that in the highly unlikely event that our services fail to meet expectations, Wilfords’ customers have access to the two most recognised redress schemes in our industry.
